Balcony deck is being lowered onto pre-installed brackets. Brackets were installed ahead of the balcony unit so that flashing and siding details could be completed ahead of the crane’s arrival.

The balcony was fabricated by Fox Custom Supply and is a steel frame with stainless steel wire grid panel inserts. Fasteners are stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
