In-floor radiant heat is fueled by a high efficiency, gas-fired Bryant boiler. A walkout basement level has a study, playroom, sitting room, guest room and bathroom.
This home design fit naturally into the sloping site, maximizing southern exposure for the walkout basement, and placing the front entry and garage on the upper, northern side.
